Career And Business Coaching
These days people don’t tend to stick to a working model of having just one career throughout their life. People are seeking more inner fulfilment and are walking away from livelihoods and jobs that leave them bored, burned out, frustrated depressed and anxious. This Coaching programme will enable you to gain clarity and identify your career direction. Together we will create an exciting career path. We will explore and define a clear career vision that aligns with who you really are and the lifestyle you want to lead.
Life Balance Coaching
A coaching programme designed to encourage you to take action to create a life and livelihood that you love. My goal here is to ensure that you create a life balance on your terms.
Will motivate you to build and continue a daily practice which will help you to feel more relaxed, focused and reduce stress. We will explore various meditation techniques and find the best meditation practice for you. Benefits of meditation include, increased clarity, productivity and efficiency, Increased feelings of wellness, gratitude and compassion.
A 12 week (minimum) programme. Designed to help you become fitter, stronger and more confident. The plan is based on HIIT and other high intensity techniques and stretching. No equipment is required though kettlebells and dumbbells are optional and can be incorporated into your plan.
(Can also include “couch to 5k” and ” intermittent fasting” plans)
Angel Cards Life Coaching
Angel Cards are a great tool in assisting with forward movement in life. They are especially useful when we feel lost, stuck, indecisive or simply need clarity. Life coaching is an empowering process aimed at helping you to make decisions and take action. The benefits of Angel Cards life coaching sessions are that you receive intuitive guidance followed by practical support to assist you in living your life to the full.
Everyone should have a plan. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a 12 month plan. It could be a 6 month plan, a 2 year plan, a 5 year plan etc as you see fit. Whatever your plan is, these coaching packages will help you to identify and work towards your goal.
First, we will lay the foundations by identifying your vision and mission. We will then create your plan and set out your goals, defining the small sustainable steps required to reach those goals.
The emphasis of these coaching packages are

All areas of your life can be incorporated into the plan as you see fit I.e business, career, relationships, finances, spirituality, physical fitness and mental well being etc

1 hour coaching sessions ( x6 or 12) on Zoom or in person in Central London over a 3 month period
10 minute follow up phone calls (x6 or 12) between sessions
