My coaching style is different to most. I use a holistic approach touching on all aspects of life – mind, body and soul.
My role as your Life Coach is to help you to:
Dig deep to clarify your goals
Adopt a healthy and positive mindset
Develop the self awareness, self discipline and accountability required to reach your goals
Identify the small sustainable steps that you need to take in order to reach those goals

Mindset Coaching
A positive outlook can be the true making of an individual. Our thoughts and outlook affect our actions. Our actions in turn, translate into whether or not we succeed in what we do. A positive outlook is an emotional and mental attitude that focuses on the good and expects positive results. This programme will teach you to anticipate happiness, good health, and success. You will learn how to adopt an abundance mindset and cultivate gratitude for your own success and the success of others.
Life Balance Coaching
A coaching programme designed to encourage you to take action to create a life and livelihood that you love. My goal here is to ensure that you create a life balance on your terms.
Coaching Packages
Everyone should have a plan. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a 12 month plan. It could be a 6 month plan, a 2 year plan, a 5 year plan etc as you see fit. Whatever your plan is, these coaching packages will help you to identify and work towards your goal.
First, we will lay the foundations by identifying your vision and mission. We will then create your plan and set out your goals, defining the small sustainable steps required to reach those goals.
The emphasis of these coaching packages are

All areas of your life can be incorporated into the plan as you see fit I.e business, career, relationships, finances, spirituality, physical fitness and mental well being etc
Included Within Each Package Are:
1 hour coaching sessions ( x6 or 12) on Zoom or in person in Central London over a 3 month period
10 minute follow up phone calls (x6 or 12) between sessions
